Oil on canvas, 50x72 cm, signed E. Sandsjö. At the prosecutor's request, Mr. T. T. interviewed as a witness and he stated that his now deceased brother's name was John Erik Johansson and signed his paintings with E. Johansson, but after 1950 he began to use the signature E. Sandsjö. T. T. state that neither painting or signature has been carried out by his brother. The District Court's assessment: The painting is signed later. In view of this and to witness task regarding Sandsjös signing habits finds the district court is satisfied that the painting is not performed or signed by him. It's a forgery.
