Kramer received an MFA from the University of Iowa as a painting and drawing major. He has taught at Cuyahoga Community College, Cleveland since 1965, Asspicate Professor of Art (Painting, Drawing, Design, Life Drawing, Calligraphy, Art History, Atr Appreciation). He has exhibited his paintings at various venues, including several CMA May Shows, wining many awards for painting.
