Konstantin Ivanovich Rudakov was born in St. Petersburg in the family decorator Mariinsky Theatre.
He graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts (studio painting Kardovsky DN).
Member of "World of Art", "Community of Artists" Association of Artists of Revolutionary Russia, the Leningrad branch of the Union of Artists.
He taught at the Leningrad Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, a professor in 1937.
