Oil on canvas. Still life with fruit, signed "Lena A. Linderholm" size 55x46 cm. The painting was for sale in august 2014 at an online auction organization in Sweden with several auction houses in Scandinavia and northern Europe. The starting price was 330 Euro. The painting was purchased by a private individual for 396 Euro plus commission. The buyer became suspicious about the painting's authenticity and contacted the artist Lena Linderholm who immediately confirmed that she had not performed this painting, nor signed it. "It is a forgery." Police were contacted and the painting was seized.
