Signature proven counterfeit
Oil on canvas, not framed, about 60x45 cm. The painting was submitted to an auction house in the Swedish town for sale. It was suspected that the painting was not genuine. Police were called and the painting was confiscated. After examination and expertifiering by Vladimir Petrov was judged the painting to be fake signed and not performed by Vinogradov. Submitter (the owner) is present in previous police investigations in similar contexts. Court: The signature must be removed thereafter the painting be returned to the owner. Warning: There is a risk that the painting will return to the market, then with a new forged signature.
