Yasmina & Marco ALAOUI-GUERRA
20/21th century, Morocco/Chile/USA
Originally from Chile and Morocco, Yasmina Alaoui and Marco Guerra love to tantalize their audience by combining both of their artistic skills, ink drawing and photography, into their art.
Inspired by the legendary collection of tales from the Middle East “a thousand and one night”. The photographs are then meticulously detailed with complex ink drawings that form a contemporary Arabic henna pattern creating a breathtaking result.
